Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Account Cancellation Steps

Log in to your account, go to the Personal Center, open My Subscription, click Cancel Subscription, and follow the instructions.

2. Refund Policy

A refund may be issued only if the subscription is canceled before the end of the billing period and the account benefits or services have not been used.

3. Refund Requests

If you meet the conditions, request a refund from our customer service team within 7 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

Refund processing may take 7-10 business days. If you still do not see the refund, contact your bank or email Glynthar@outlook.com.
